This website is operated by ADHD Compare, trading as compareadhdclinics.co.uk. We provide an independent comparison service for private ADHD assessment clinics in the United Kingdom.

What data we collect

We collect the minimum personal data necessary to operate this service. Specifically:

• Enquiry form submissions — when you submit an enquiry about a clinic, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write. This data is used solely to forward your enquiry to the relevant clinic.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not collect any data simply from browsing this website.

How we use your data

Your personal data is used only for the following purpose:

• Forwarding clinic enquiries — your name, email, phone number, and message are forwarded to the clinic you have enquired about so that they can respond to you directly.

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, your interest in receiving a response to your enquiry and the clinic's interest in responding to prospective patients.

Who we share your data with

We share your enquiry data only with the clinic you have chosen to contact. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Our infrastructure relies on the following sub-processors, who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and backend infrastructure, hosted in the EU. Enquiry form data may be temporarily stored here during processing.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting and delivery. Vercel processes standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, page requested) as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are not used for tracking individual users and are retained for a short period for security and operational purposes.
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. Your enquiry data is transmitted via Resend to the destination clinic email address.

Data retention

Enquiry form data submitted via this website is not retained by us beyond what is necessary to forward it to the clinic. Once the enquiry has been successfully delivered, we do not store your personal data in any permanent record.

Standard server logs held by Vercel are retained for a short period (typically 30 days) for operational and security purposes, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of normal website operation. These do not identify you personally.

Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
